More than a vase.
The Mademoiselle has character. Literally – the coloured glass head, which sits atop the wide conical body, gives it a personality unknown to other vases. It doesn't just stand there. It strikes a pose.
Yet it is more than a decorative object: the Mademoiselle has a two-part designand can be used as a vase– with flowers, branches, dried flowers – or as a room fragrance diffuser, with the neck's opening system allowing for the gentle release of essential oils. Two functions in one object, which is remarkable either way.
The form follows the family: the conical body with a transparent glass base– the same basic language as V.Jupe and V.Buste – and above it, a distinctive, trapezoidal "head" in a deliberately different colour. This duality of base and head is the core design feature of the Mademoiselle and makes it the most sculptural vase in the range.
Made from recycled glass, mouth-blownand shaped using the characteristic wooden mould technique – each piece bears the marks of its creation as a sign of quality. At 23 cm height, the Mademoiselle is the medium-sized voice in the glass vase family: larger than the V.Buste, smaller than the V.Jupe, and with its two-part construction, the loudest of the three.
Three colour combinations, three characters. Blue-Grey with Rosé Head– a dreamy, atmospheric combination with a structured volcanic surface and small inclusions, calm and vibrant at the same time. Yellow-Honey with Mint Head– warm, sunny, Mediterranean, with a luminous colour band in the body that brings the vase to life. White-Gold with Amber Head– elegant and festive, the white body with golden flecks and the rich amber head as a strong accent.
